I hope it is ok to reference the 1000SC document, w/o posting the question.
This is the one with journalists and their views on power stations.
1000 SC answer is D.
I marked E for the following reasons:
1. 'they' didn't seem to have a clear antecedent
2. would or could to convey the subjunctive mood.
Which is right?

Hi - you can ask for help from other forum users on these without posting the actual question text but the instructors can't answer questions from banned sources at all - just FYI.
