I'm applying to Kellogg's part time program for the Fall 2008.

I feel my profile is very strong with the exception of my GMAT score and GPA.
I took the GMAT twice and my highest score was 550.

GPA 3.0(overall). Stronger in my Liberal Arts major, waiting on my transcripts.

Is my GPA to low to even consider this program?

GPA isn't as big an issue as your GMAT.

Retake the GMAT again. Shoot for mid-600s or above for the part-time program. If you aren't doing so already, consider enrolling in a test prep program such as Manhattan GMAT.
