Well, it never hurts to ask, but chances are the decision won't get expedited -- not because they aren't willing, but because chances are they can't simply because as the notification dates near, the admissions office becomes very busy and any unusual or special requests can screw up the workflow they already have in place.
Chances of getting an extension at the first school is less unlikely than getting the decision from the second school expedited. In any case, what most applicants in your situation will do is to simply pay the deposit for the first school and be prepared to eat it (not get your money back) if you do get into the second school.
