Does B-school essay should be like Gmat essay as introduction,conclusion paras with 2-3 example and explanation paras?

responding to a year old post but it looks kind a poor and I think essays are such an important part of an application. I understand this is the ManhattanGMAT forum and thus focus on gmat is so important but we should make sure we know what applications are about.
An to answer this post, yes, Essays should be done with opening paragraph, main body with several paragraphs and then a closing. However, this does not mean that the essay must have 3 specific middle parargraphs that all state a reason for your belief or an assumption like in the GMAT.

I would have to think that your business school application essays need to be at least as good as your GMAT AWA essays.
I do not think there is a specific formula, like intro, three paragraphs, conslusion, but you probably need to spend a lot of time on making your essays as polished as possible. As much time as you spend on GMAT prep, should should spend just as much time on your MBA application essays.
