I am a bit confused by what you have posted. You are four years out of school, but you seem to have at least five years of experience after graduation. You seem to have really moved around a lot and have limited extras. Your GMAT score might get you a look from a top-school, but unless you can clarify your story for the admissions committees (unless I am wrong and then clarify it for me, please) then I think you are going to have some trouble. You may want to work for another year at this Swiss IB and bolster your extras to “smooth” your story a bit.
