Heres my story, any comments\suggestions\eval will be appreciated,

Undergrad: 3.4 (Bombay University Computer Engg.)
Grad: 3.3(SUNY at Buffalo, Computer Science)
GMAT: 770(50Q, 45V)

Work Experience:

Around 4 years after school,
1 yr with IT firm in Bombay after undergrad
1 yr Internship when in grad school with NPO on HIV gene sequencing application
1 yr on distributing computing with a startup in NY
Last couple of years with a major Swiss IB in there Asset Management IT dept.
Will soon be joining another Swiss IB's Commodities Trading as a developer.

Extracurricular\Part-time

There isn't much here,

Operated a hiking club, assemble\maintain computers during undergrad, volunteered for SPCA in Bombay and NY, avid cyclist.
Limited leadership experience.

Target schools: Wharton, NYU, Columbia
Major: Undecided (Either Finance or Entrepreneurship)

Still shortlisting two more, one as a backup. Any suggestions?

I am a bit confused by what you have posted. You are four years out of school, but you seem to have at least five years of experience after graduation. You seem to have really moved around a lot and have limited extras. Your GMAT score might get you a look from a top-school, but unless you can clarify your story for the admissions committees (unless I am wrong and then clarify it for me, please) then I think you are going to have some trouble. You may want to work for another year at this Swiss IB and bolster your extras to “smooth” your story a bit.
