In short, it's not about whether you have the brains or not for b-school, but whether your heart truly is set on business. That's the biggest challenge you'll face -- convincing an adcom that your desire to enter business is far stronger than your desire to leave medicine (however strong that desire to leave may be).
As for Lauder, Healthcare, and the MBA at Wharton - it's the plain vanilla MBA portion of the application that will dictate your admission (i.e. the admissions decision is driven by your ability to get into the MBA program regardless of whether you're doing Lauder or Healthcare -- the MBA is the first hurdle).
Not much more I can say here other than to go ahead and give it a shot. You have the goods, so it just comes down to whether you can convince the adcom that a business career is really for you (and how an MBA will help you get there aside from the obvious fact that it's a credential).
