My Profile
Work exp 3 Years in an Indian IT firm, Client AIG(Insurance Domain)
1.Started as team member , went on to lead and manage a team of 9 engineers in designing , devoloping , implementing and maintaining Complex Underwriting System.Presently holding the designation of Systems Engineer.
2.Have experience in Commercial Lines of Insurance.
3.Coordinated with Business Support Group of AIG.
4.Modeled and Implemented a new approach for Producer Commission Management for American International Workers Compensation System.
5.Presently pursuing AINS and AU designation
6.Received multiple awards and client appreciations

Since i have major experience in Insurance Domain , i am more intereseted in an MBA in Risk Management and Insurance.
I am cuurently applying to the below B schools
1.UW Madsion-RMI
2.Texas A&M - Mays(Finance)
3.Katz-Pitts

I will be applying to terry also in RMI

Your profile seems competitive at the schools you've selected. My biggest piece of advice for you would be sure to clearly define your goals (how has your work to date influenced what your post-MBA goals are?), and differentiate yourself from other engineering candidates with stories of leadership, professional development, and community involvement where applicable.
