Percentile Score

Hi,
I have took my 2 first CATs and I have noticed some discrepancies between the MGMAT and the actual GMAT scoring scale. My percentile rank is 80% which equals 640 for MGMAT. However, on the mba.com website, a 80% corresponds to 650 (http://www.mba.com/the-gmat/gmat-scores ... means.aspx).
Is there any explanations for the difference?

Hi,

We try to keep our percentile scores accurate, but every so often we do need to re-calibrate based on how the actual GMAT percentile scores have changed. At the moment we are due for a new calibration, so you should use the percentiles on the article you found as the best indicators.
