Online Access Extention

Hello

I had taken the Guided Self Study (Prep Plus) course sometime in March. I gave my GMAT earlier this month but unfortunately I did not perform per my expectation. I will retaking the exam in Oct/Nov.

My online access to the Manhattan course material expires on Sept 7, 2010 but per my recollection when I registered for the course I was told that I would be able to extend my online access if I needed more time. As it turns out I do need more time, Please tell me what can I do to get my access extended.
