Combining both, W can be multiples of 5 upto 30, so it can be 5, 10, 15, 20, 25.
Also, since W/C = 5/2 or 10/4 or 15/6 or 20/8 or 25/10
So the only numbers that work for W and C are W = 25 and C = 10. Therefore, M = 11 (10)/5 = 22.
