How about some really really old OG questions (such as those in 7th edition) before GMAC has taken over GMAT? I am not sure whether GMAC owns the copyright of super old ETS material too.

GMAC has always owned the GMAT and owns all copyrights to all of the material going back to the first test. GMAC outsources the question writing and administration of the test - that is, ETS won a GMAC contract to write the questions. Then, ETS lost the contract to ACT a few years ago. And GMAC still owns everything.
