Hi Guys,

I started studying in 08, but fizzled out. I started self-studying again this year.

The question reads: When is |X-4| equal to 4-X.

I think I remember that there is a special way to read this question. I know what it is asking, but how do you go about solving it? I did not understand the explanation in the answer back.
