You know, I think you're correct. We seem to have this one backwards. If we knew that point O was the center of the circle, then we would know that it has a measurement of 60 degrees. However, there could be angles of 60 degrees that extend to P and R from somewhere in the middle of the circle without starting at the origin. (Imagine a curve that crosses through the origin, arcing around P and R.) I'll check into this one...
