Can someone please explain this question in a little more detail...

7 teams compete in a track competition. If there are 20 events in the competition, no event ends in a tie, and no team wins more than 3 events, what is the minimum possible number of teams that won at least one event?

To find out the minimum number of teams, I'd allocate the maximum of wining events to all teams (a max of 3 to every team)

Thus: 20 events / 3 events per team = 6 teams
6 teams won 3 events, then the 7th team won 2 events.

All teams (7) won at least one event.

Hopefully Ron explains it better and easier.
