After altering the original question(changing the values, names and language of the question), Can I post the question in this forum?

There are certain sources that are banned - have you looked at that list? You cannot post those questions even if you alter them. If the source is not on the banned questions list, though, then you can post questions from that source. For example, Kaplan is banned, so you can't post their stuff. But Princeton Review is not banned, so you can post their stuff.
