If m>0 and n>0, is (m+x)/(n+x) > m/n ?

1) m<n

2) x>0

Answer should be C. It is a general rule that if numerator is less than denominator and a positive number is added to both then the fraction will lead to 1. You can test it by plugging numbers.

please post a specific question(s) about this problem -- we don't know what you're trying to ask.

also, please post your specific question on the following thread, which already exists:

if-m-0-and-n-0-is-m-x-n-x-m-n-t8202.html

thanks.
