Because she agrees with you doesn't mean that you and her are both right.

Because she agrees with you doesn't mean that you and her
Just because she agrees with you, it doesn't mean that you and her
Because she agrees with you doesn't mean that you and she
Her agreeing with you doesn't mean that she and you
Her agreeing with you doesn't mean that you [/code]

IMO

A - a sentence can begin with because. This choice is grammatically correct however is wordy . Instead of "you and her" we can simply say "you are both right"

B Incorrect. " it" doesn't have a clear referent.

C Incorrect - should use subjective pronoun (her) and not objective pronoun (She)

D Incorrect - same as in C

E- best answer. two reasons. (1) uses possessive gerund (her agreeing) and is a crisper choice ( uses "you are both right")

Hope it helps
