No and no! It is a myth that the earlier questions are worth more.
Please read our free e-book The GMAT Uncovered (located in your student center account). Pay particular attention to the Scoring section. It's very important to understand how the scoring works; if you don't, then it will be a lot harder to get the score that you want to get.
