If xy+k=k and x cannot equal 0, which of the following must be true?

(A) x>y

(B) x+y=0

(C) y=0

(D) |x-y|=0

(E) xy=1

Is the answer C,

xy + k = k
xy = 0

But x cant equal 0, thus y = 0

Khalid...I think the answer is indeed C. This was an easy problem. Should have gotten it. Your explaination makes me see that.
