The answer is 35.

Step 1: 1/(5^m) * (1/2^2)^18 = 1/(2)*(2*5)^35

Step 2: 1/(5^m) * (1/2^36)= 1/(2*2^35) * 1/(5^35)

Step 3 : 5^m = 5^35

m = 35

you can actually just ditch the fractions altogether and just look at the denominators. (since the numerators are all 1, they don't really do anything.)
