hi.

there are a couple of ways to do this.

some posters actually embed images in their posts; i don't know how to do that.

here's my way:
* take the screen shot (this depends on your computer and operating system)
* put the screen shot into a common format, such as JPG or GIF or BMP
* go to an image hosting site (a couple of good ones are postimage.org and xs.to)
* click "upload file" and select the image file from your computer
* it should take you to a page with links on it after uploading the file. when it does that, just take the link(s) and copy into the page.
