If my argument/answer to a question involves a list of arguments/reasons/examples, I want to understand what is the "right" (or best) way to introduce these points. Which among the usages below is right and should be preferred?
First,/Firstly,/First of all,/Most important reason is... Second,/Secondly,/Another (what if I have 4 points how could I use this to introduce the 3rd point) important consideration is... Finally,/Lastly,/Last but not the least of all the reasons is...
Thanks.

Any of those are fine. Generally, don't have more than 3 points - otherwise, you have too much to write in 30 minutes and so you won't have the time to write about any one point very well.
