even number.
the adverb "evenly" NEVER signifies an even number.
the above are UNIVERSALLY true in ANY mathematics written in the english language, so you would do well to learn them.

therefore, "even divisor" means an
even number that happens to be a divisor of 4p. because p must be odd (all primes greater than 2 are odd), 1 and p don't count in the tally.
