I have just started preparing for GMAT.

WORK EXPERIENCE: By the time i take my GMAT, I will have a work experience of 2 years. I am working in the intellectual property division of a KPO (Knowledge processing outsourcing) firm in India. Basically drafting patents, doing overlap analysis, portfolio analysis, landscape studies and prior art seraches. I was promoted from a research associate to a senior research associate with in one and a half years from joining the company.

EDUCATION: I am a B.Tech in computer science & engg. from a reputed college with an aggregate percentage to 72%

Recommendation: I can get recommendations from my manangers, clients and professors from college and i hope they will be good...

i actually need your guidance. can you tell be what score should i aim at in GMAT?

You should aim for the highest score you can get.

Take a look at your target schools' incoming averages - that should be your target.
