The solution given is 40 and 51 miles per hour. The explanation given is that maximum speed = 50 1/9 mph minimum speed = 40 9/11 mph Therefore speed must be between 40 and 51 mph.
Is this correct? If the minimum speed is 40 9/11, how can we give the range min value as 40? Should it not be 41 (and hence answer option E)?
