I purchased the 6 CAT couple of months back and did the first 3 CAT without any technical issues.
Trouble started with CAT4 wherbye when i try to proceed from one ques to another, i repeatedly face issues such as:

the same ques keeps reappering a FEW times and i have to keep clicking on my answer and confirming and submitting
OR
i am brought to the student center page and i have to click on 'resume' test
OR
i get a msg saying"session timed out pl log in"
OR
i get a msg saying"question does not match with session, please log in again or contact staff" (which i have but no luck so far)
OR
i am automatically logged out and have to log in with my id and psw repeatedly before i am taken to the student centre page

Note, this problem has been persisting for a couple of weeks. Till now i was studying from other sources but my Gmat is in 5days and I really need the CATs to work without such frustrating technical issues.

I tried both, IE and Firefox and had No issues on CAT 1/2/3!

Also, the Same 'repeatedly asked to log in' problem occurred on another paid access acct which I had been using from a friends who has finished his exam before me.

Today, i spent more time logging, re setting the ques etc than actually solving them on the CAT 4 and am having same problems when trying to review my answers and mistakes

Please Help!!!!

Hi,

As this is a tech issue, the best way to resolve it is to contact techsupport@manhattangmat.com. They are best suited to help. If it is an emergency, you can also call us at 212 721 7400 and ask to speak to Tech Support.
