We all knew the method of using antibiotics prophylactically in farm animals has existed for years, many farmers and animal-raiser operator have made it common practice to give animals antibiotics to ensure they are healthy, even if the animal would not otherwise be healthy. The Food and Drug Administration, however, will be limiting a few of this practice in order to keep human antibiotic resistance from growing. Antibiotic resistance in humans is a growing problem. So the FDA is attempting to tackle this issue by limiting the use of some antibiotics in agricultural applications. To prevent the antibiotic resistant infection to come in contact to humans. Thus many livestock owner already alarm in this antibiotic limitation on their livestock industry.

I've read this article Animal antibiotic use partially banned by FDA and post comment on your view to the topic.

this is not a complete GMAT test item, and you haven't asked a question, so i'm guessing you're just here to spam us. if you have a question or were intending to initiate a discussion, please follow up with more clarification regarding where you hope the discussion to lead..
