Instructions: Factor according to the Quadratic Templates

22. 4x2 - 12x + 9y2 (the two's after the variables are exponents)

The In-Action Problem solution says the answer is (2x-3y) squared.

But 2x-3y squared, the difference of a square, and a quadratic template, has two variables in the middle term and the solution provided in the In-Action answer key does not (it only has x).

Have I missed something or is this a mistake?

You are right; the middle term should be 12xy. Good catch!
