i scored the following scores in mangmat test
test 1 710 (q 48 v 40)
test 2 690 (q 48 v 36)
test 3 690(q 48 v 36)
test 4 680(q 47 v 36)
can u tell me how am i faring in these tests.....

It seems like you are faring well : )

I would not worry too much about the slight drop in score. First of all, your Quant score has remained steady. Second, your Verbal score has been steady except for the first test.

To push past your current point, you should first take a look at your timing. Often, when people see a decrease in their CAT scores, this is because they have not yet balanced the new content they are learning with the need to finish each problem on time. Don't go back to your old way of solving problems. Instead, practice your new skills until they become second nature. Specifically, look for ways to recognize when a certain approach will be beneficial.

One other thing: have you been doing the essays as well? If you have, then the scores are a pretty good proxy for the real test (though don't forget that these tests all have standard deviations - 30 points for the real test and 50 points for our test). If you have not been doing the essays when you take your practice tests, then your score may be inflated, especially the verbal. Mental stamina is a major issue and having to spend an hour writing essays first can definitely affect your score.
