I am an indian software engineer (duh !) with a masters from USC in computer science with a 3.3 GPA.
Expect to score between 730-750 on GMAT.
Will finish 4 years of work experience at microsoft where I rose from developer to development lead currently managing a team of 5-6. job is well rounded and not just technically focussed and involved with talking to high profile clients on behalf of microsoft and have a hand in some innovation (with newspaper mentions)
extra curriculars are very limited with a marathon in 2004, sports, some non profit work, mostly very recent

My questions is chances at stanford, HBS, Haas, Sloan and UCLA ? (this looks like my list)

"Quick evaluation": In what is shaping up to be an ultra-competitive year, I really think that HBS and Stanford will be out of reach for you. Frankly, even in less competitive years, I think that you lack the standout achievements and consistent record of initiation that those schools expect. Depending on how you shape your application you may have a very small chance at Sloan, but even with a 730-750 and the Microsoft name, I certainly wouldn’t bank on it. You just don't have the extras that differentiate. I would expect that you would be competitive at UCLA if your GMAT goes as expected.
