Post subject: EXPLANATIONS IN GMATPREP SOFTWARE
Post Posted: Fri Nov 09, 2007 3:13 pm
Took my first GMAT prep and I ma trying to see if they have wexplanations for the answers. Do they just give you the right answer and expect you to figure out why you got it wrong? Or is there a link somewhere in the software that I am missing? I would appreciate it if someone could let me know. Thanks.

They do not supply explanations unfortunately. You have to come here to get explanations - trusty MGMAT forum to the rescue! :)

kamilriz,

I have found that explanations for most of the gmatprep questions have already been post on the manhattan gmat forums. If you google the first five or so words of the question generally a link to a manhattan gmat thread will be one of the first results

Good advice! Particularly, write "site:manhattangmat.com" first (without the quotation marks), space, and then put the first few words in quotes.

For example, I would type into google:

site:manhattangmat.com "If Brian buys five pairs of shoes"
