Student Services Department
The Student Services team directly interacts with current, prospective, and former Manhattan Prep students. In addition to advising students on how to best maximize their Manhattan Prep experience, associates are responsible for registering interested clients for Manhattan Prep programs (e.g. courses, private tutoring, workshops, and free events), communicating scheduling and policy changes, and staffing Manhattan Prep events. As the front line of communication, the Student Services team creates the superlative customer service experience and provides the informed, test preparation support that our students have come to expect from Manhattan Prep.
