Who We Are
Our mission is to help students achieve their goals by providing the best curriculum and the highest-quality instructors in the industry.
Highest-Quality Instructors

Our Instructors Are:
-
The World's GMAT Experts
Every single Manhattan GMAT instructor has achieved a 99th percentile score on the official GMAT (currently a 760+). They are among the highest-scoring GMAT test-takers in the world.
-
Experienced in the Classroom
We don't just hire people who are good at taking tests—we hire teachers. Two years of prior teaching experience is required to be considered for the job.
-
Paid 4x The Industry Standard
Manhattan GMAT instructors are paid $100 per hour, plus bonuses—that's 4x the industry average. We pay the most to attract the best.
-
Always Advancing
After making it through our grueling hiring process (see left), instructors are trained for over 100 hours. And it doesn't stop there—our teachers are constantly being evaluated by students and senior staff, participating in peer teaching review, researching GMAT changes and trends, developing new curriculum, and more.
What our Students Are Saying

If you're not taking Manhattan GMAT, you're going to be at a disadvantage. I can't say enough good about my instructor—he was compelling, encouraging, and insanely well versed with the material.

Their excellent instructors, thorough yet user-friendly test prep materials, and responsive customer service made a daunting task – the GMAT – a far more accessible and fun experience.
